ODG Consulting Pty Ltd is a young dynamic consulting engineering practice specialising in the design and documentation of building structures. We have a professional indemnity cover of $5million, public indemnity of $20million and have workers compensation insurances in place.

The consulting practice was established by Vinod Odhavji in 1992, following years of service with Rankine and Hill Pty Ltd, a large engineering firm. He has over Fifty years of experience in all aspects of structural and civil engineering. In addition to over thirty-five years of practice in Australia he has also worked overseas in Fiji and England with a number of consultants and construction companies.

Vinod has a Bachelor of Engineering from University of Queensland and a Master of Philosophy in Engineering from University of Edinburgh. He is also a Design Practitioner & Professional Engineer Under Fair Trading NSW for class & Buildings.

He is a member of Institution of Engineers Australia with NER registration in Civil and Structural Engineering.

He is also a member of the UK based Institution of Structural Engineers.
